Adie Jackson
Operations Director
Adie founded AMJ Contracts Ltd. in 2016. In 2019, he joined forces with Luke who was also running a highly successful business focusing on quality rendering services. Adie discovered monocouche (aka ‘one coat’) rendering in France, where spray application first became popular. Wanting to achieve the same high-quality finish in his own work, Adie invested in training, purchased his equipment, and AMJ Contracts was born.
Adie has more than 20 years’ industry experience, having obtained NVQs in plastering, insulation and building treatments (construction) and external wall insulation (boarder/finisher). He is an approved installer for leading names in spray rendering including K Rend, Parex, Baumit, Sto and Wetherby.
With an eye for detail and a refusal to cut corners, Adie has built AMJ Contracts’ reputation for excellence. He is a great problem solver and will always be able to find the right solution for clients. Through Adie’s partnership with Luke, the company is going from strength to strength with an increasing focus on commercial projects.
Luke Cooper
Managing Director
Luke Cooper is highly experienced in rendering, plastering and cladding. He spends his time on site managing projects from conception to completion, as well as running the office and building client relationships.
Luke holds various qualifications, including NVQs in plastering, rendering and cladding. He has also completed site manager health and safety (SMSTS) training. He began his construction career with an SME, gaining valuable experience and working his way up before starting his own business. He is now Managing Director of AMJ Contracts Ltd. after joining forces with Adie Jackson in 2019, bringing two highly successful companies together to offer rendering on a larger scale.
In his role, Luke is practical, approachable and communicates clearly and openly with clients. He is proud of the quality solutions offered by the business and is excited by the opportunity to work with many industry leaders as AMJ Contracts Ltd. continues to grow.
Sarah Bioletti
Contract and Proposal Manager
Sarah manages contracts and proposals for AMJ Contracts Ltd. She holds a BSc in Economics and MSc in Transport. Having previously worked as a Transport Economist, her management of bids, proposals and tenders has been invaluable as the business has grown its operations. With her support, AMJ Contracts Ltd. has the resources to take on and manage complex projects on any scale for commercial and public sector clients.

We offer insurance-backed guarantees on the work we carry out so you will be covered for up to 10 years. This means that even in the unlikely event we go out of business, you will still have the same level of insurance protection on the work we carry out for you. As responsible contractors, we do our best for our clients and want to ensure you are fully protected.
